Perspectives: Studies in Translation Theory and Practice encourages the submission of papers that explore issues concerning all kinds of language and cultural mediation, including but not limited to literary translation, technical and scientific translation, interpreting, audiovisual translation, intralingual mediation and so on. Both empirical and theoretical studies are welcome, but articles should appeal to a wide international readership. From 2022, Perspectives will not consider articles involving translation training/trainees. Perspectives does not process articles whose focus is a comparative analysis of source and target texts or which merely analyse translation strategies.
