The Pacific Review provides a major platform for the study of the international interactions of the countries of the Asia-Pacific. The journal's primary focus is on international politics in the broadest understandings of the term, allowing for contributions on foreign policy, security, military strategy, the international political economy of trade, finance and development, and the political drivers and consequences of transnational cultural relations. We have a particular interest in how the region is understood, defined, conceived of and organised. While The Pacific Review does accept papers on domestic issues, these should be located in broader debates and processes within the region, and reach conclusions that have salience beyond the specific case study country.Peer Review Statement
