Organizational Dynamics' domain is primarily organizational behavior and secondarily, HRM and strategic management. The mission is to provide new and practical insights that link leading-edge thought and research with management practice that is written in a style that is engaging for managers and students in executive education and MBA programs. The purpose of articles in Organizational Dynamics is to present applications of current and well-researched knowledge that helps practicing managers to be more effective in their managerial roles. While we do not publish research reporting tests of hypotheses or inferential statistics, we do publish articles that apply research findings in language and style that engages practitioners.
